ABOUT US

The Primitive Methodist Investment Foundation, Inc. (PMIF) was incorporated as a non-profit corporation in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in December 1969. Its charitable purpose is to promote and support the religious, missionary and charitable activities of the Primitive Methodist Church of the United States of America (the “PM Church”) by establishing an investment fund to make working capital available for such religious, missionary and charitable purposes by gift, donation, loan or otherwise, as its directors may deem advisable.

The PMIF has the authority to solicit investment of funds from persons, agencies, corporations and institutions affiliated with the PM Church and to receive, hold, invest, loan and administer such funds.

The PMIF stimulates the growth and development of the PM Church by providing financing to new and existing ministries. Since inception, the PMIF’s assets have grown from fifty thousand ($50,000) to over ten million dollars ($10,000,000). The majority of these assets are owned by PMIF investors who allow the PMIF to use their investments in the furtherance of God’s work.
